My Experience with David Plamandon, Real Estate Agent – What Homebuyers Should Know

Blog Article

If you're looking into working with David Plamandon, Real Estate Agent, especially during his time at New Bern Property Services, LLC, you may want to proceed with caution.

I was personally a client of Mr. David Plamandon during a home purchase, and unfortunately, my experience was far from professional.

During the final stages of the home closing process—when there were still adequate days left before closing—the communication from Mr. David Plamandon became unexpectedly aggressive. I was shocked to receive a phone call where he raised his voice and used inappropriate language toward me, despite there being no provocation on my part. I was blamed for delays that were not my responsibility, yet all timeline conditions were still being met at the time.

What was even more surprising was that over a year later, Mr. David Plamandon contacted me again. He then allegedly made disparaging and inaccurate comments about me to third-party buyers—individuals who actually reached out to me and expressed their disbelief at what they were told. Even they were taken aback by the behavior, describing it as unprofessional and inappropriate.

This experience has stayed with me for years, and I’ve contemplated taking formal steps—a complaint to the North Carolina Real Estate Agent Commission and potentially legal action—due to the emotional distress and reputational damage caused.

If you’re considering doing business with David Plamandon, whether he's at Northgroup or elsewhere, I would strongly encourage you to do thorough research and read client reviews before signing any agreements. A home transaction is an important milestone—make sure you're represented by someone who prioritizes professionalism and integrity.
